Introduction
Wine is an important product in terms of Brazilian exports and imports, with Brazil importing US$ 426 million alone in 2023 (HS6:220421). This Brasiliensis newsletter aims to analyze the import profile of this product in terms of origin of imports and destination of these imports in the country.

Destination of imports
Where does the Brazilian imports of wine go? The South and Southeast states seem the main destination of this product (interactive version available here), as it can be seen from the following figure.
Conclusion
Brazilian consumption pulls wine from different sources and this input goes into different Brazilian states, with a concentration in the Southern most parts of country.
